Just about everthing (see below). Your staff are exceptional in every respect, warm, welcoming, efficient, eager to help your guests, and always with a smile. The public rooms are stunning; the luxury of the red salon and the blue bar are incomparably beautiful. The chocolate-covered Easter egg in the lobby was charming beyond words. Such personal attention to everything! The public rooms were sparklingly clean. The location is of course perfect. The expensive breakfast was worth every penny.

Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for its incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much
